Trimspa- the final chapter

I have decided that I will not be taking these pills any longer. Came to this conclusion like 2 weeks ago.

The pills made me jittery, racey, anxious, jumpy and I snapped out a alot of people b/c my patience was very thin all the time. So there for I have come to the conclusion that if i want to loose wait I will do it the old fashion why w/out all the pills.

Not to mention I was still eating alll the time. It definanlty DIDNT suppress my appetite... Owell

go to GNC and ask about Total Lean product - there's a woman's one and a man's one. You have to take it with a couple of other pills but nothing crazy.

I've been taking them for 3 weeks and I have had no jittery feelings or anxiousness. might be worthwhile trying it

but I do run a lot too so that helps also :TEETH

Sooo TRIMSPA didnt work for you? WOW I am really surprised...TRIMSPA was a saving grace for me sometime ago...I guess everybodys body handles supplements differently ? ? ?
