Has anyone ever went to the gym in the day time, and then feel the energy to go back a lil later that day and work another muscle? If so, is it ok to that, or should I just wait till the next day?

Sure, I've done plenty of split routines. It's best over the summer when you don't go as heavy, but make sure you get at least 8 hours sleep.

yesterday i went to my gym did 30 min of cardio and legs and butt.....then i went to the gym my freind works at (kept her company while she closed) and did another 30 min of cardio and arms i felt like amillion bucks
I used to do Cardio in the Morning and Heavy lifting at night BUT it did wear me out PLUS I wasnt getting the required sleep SO definitely watch out for that!

sometimes i split it up too. do some running or jump rope in the am, then either take a class or do yoga at night. :)

When I wasnt working last winter I use to go to the gym 2 times a day sometimes. It takes alot out of you but you can do it.
Alot of the pro body builders go to the gym 2 times a day.....

Especially for legs. Many professionals do quads in the morning and hams and calves in the evening. If you dedicate that much time to legs instead of shoving it all in one session your legs get huge.

i think it's ok to go twice a day...........but not everyday.........i know of a few people that do............usually cardio in the morning...........weights at evening/nighttime.............if i could do it........i would............but with work and school.......not enough time in the day.............

I did 45 min of cardio then 45 minutes of resistance in the mornng then did the same routine in the evening..by the 2nd week i was burnt out and gave up lol....its all fun and give u alot of energy but it burnt me out so i wouldnt suggest it....but if your doing 2 different body parts each time then i dont see the harm in it

An hour and a half- twice a day? And why are you doing cardio right before weights? Any "cardio" that's not light or that lasts more than about 15-minutes is a little too much to do before weights.

I like to do light weights after i do cardio cuz then i have the energy....plus thats how the classes are scheduled lol
