Go to www.audiosoulproject.com

download his XM radio interview and sets.
If not heres some of what he says that I find interesting..

"For sequencing I use Cubase on my computer, I dont use a Mac"
"I've made tracks on my laptop while I'm out on the road"
"I think creatively speaking, its not about your toys, its about the inspiration your toys give you"
"A real good friend of mine, David Duriez, one of my favorite producers. He has no gear. He does everything on his pc, with a mouse and his keyboard"

Two great artist Mazi and Duriez producing on a PC, and Duriez using strictly software. Holy shit.

It's all about how you use your toys. DT produced his remix of I Feel Loved strictly on Reason, a $300 program, and it was nominated for a Grammy.

All you need is drive and some good ideas floating in that head.
Sooooo many negative gear freaks and Mac freaks out there.
I'm sooo sick of it. More inspiration to make a dope track and shut them all up.
Personally I'd prefer a board also..Nice big Mackie...but I'll have something done thats played out by end of summer on just software.

I hope this email turns some people around that were thinking of giving up on producing because it's to expensive.
