Can anyone recomend a good Tae Bo Cardio?
I'm tried going to Modells but they didn't have any so when I went online there's like a whole bunch of different kinds.
Thanks:heythere

I bought a tae bo dvd at modell's. Try another sports store even like best buy or fye. They should carry the dvd's, as well

I'd say you'd be fine with a basic cardio one. If you're more advanced, I'm sure there are different level tapes. I like the beginner class. It's hard enough and the workout is great. The advanced was nuts. I couldn't sit down for like 2 days.
