oh yeah!!! i've been doing mat pilates twice a week for about a year.... lengthening baby... it's all lengthening... similar effects that ballet has on your body! :)

yea ive been doing everything now.. getting ready to get mat certified in april.. then i will go to school fulll time in sept to learn.. reformer.. tower.. chair
