not sure...but wet skin is usually the deeper layer inside called the dermis...sounds like what appears after 2nd degree burns

the skin is VERY thin at the top of the foot and ankle areas...was it badly sunburned? my cousin used to get bad sunburns ONLY on the tops of her feet

i'd put antibiotic on it chach...like bacitracin or neosporin
i dont think it will scar...doesnt look severe or BIG enough to

Honestly I heard basitracin and neosporin are not good for burns because they trap heat so I'd call a doc and just ask to make sure

It just looks like a bad sunburn. Ice it and put some sort of ointment on it. I would also get some gauze and wrap it for a few days, while the ointment is on it of course.

Basitraction(sp), Neosporin, or any First Aid burn cream would work. I would say to let it air out / be exposed for only a little amount of time until it shows signs of healing.

i'd go to the dr, that doesnt look normal and to be on the safe side. i've been burnt a lot when i was younger and real bad burns, but nothing like that.
p.s. be careful with tanning, u dont look like u have dark skin. take it easy and put on at least spf 30, the rise of skin cancer is incredible with young pple.
