what do you grab as a snack that is healthy?
besides the obvious (ie.fruit)
i'm always looking for new ideas.

if it low fat or fat free with out salt yes why not. Beff jerky aint that healthy sweetheart you see how much sodium is in those things?

i have this problem with the munchies.. heehee.. and i always want snack.. i eat the smart ones fudge pops... they are not that bad for you at all.. and it givs you the feeling that you ate something bad:)

now healthy snacks during the day... i like to put some granola in my yougurt.. but make sure your yogurt isn't full of sugar..

The best are those sugar free, low carb Atkens bars... Fucking awsome, god bless them.. Or like Jrsy said, Lo Carb Myoplex (cookies and cream) Only I prefer the Xenadrine bars (cookies and crew) They taste better... :)

true theres tons of sodium in jerky but I burn all that off with my cardio program...JERKY=HIGH IN PROTEIN baby! LoL
