ok so i have been on my diet strickt since i came back from south beach in march and i steped on the scale for the first time last night and i was 215 which means i lost 15 pounds which made me feel great... i lost a lil strength but i still feel strong uped my cardio to 45 min at 8am in the mourning on a empty stomach...im looking to loose another 5lbs then i figure i should see my abs more my upper body is cut as hell starting to see syrations in my chest have my top to abs and the middle 2 are starting to show 5-10lbs more and i should see them all :teeth

You should watch your heart rate cause you might go alittle catabolic if you go too nuts with the cardio on a total empty stomach. And your strength will decrease even more.
But keep it up, seems like your going in the route you have been looking for.
I am still stuck at my weight and I think I might be over training...going to start a new program next week.

WHAT KIND OF DIET ARE YOU FOLLOWING??? AND WHAT IS YOUR WEEKLY WORKOUT?

MY DIET GOES AS FOLLOWS....
no more then 25-50 carbs a day
no carbs after 6pm
1.5 grams of protien per lb of body fat
i eat alot of tuna, chicken breast and eggs and try to get at least 2 shakes in a day
i dont have set things i eat as long as its lean meat or tasty veggies its a go..
i also give my self a cheat day every sat where i usaly eat around 300 carbs and pretty much what ever i want and sun is a kinda cheat day go for about 150 carbs...belive it or no sun is when i look the leanest
my work out is as follows
45 min of cardio first thing in the mourning on a empty stomach 4 times a week
MON
arms
TUES
chest
WED
back
THURS
sholders and legs
FRI
2nd chest day
right now im doin a arm surge program that lasts 3 weeks and during wich i have to train arms 3 times a week so for the second 2 arm days i put one with back on wed and the other with chest on fri or by itsself on sat...
i dont belive in light weight high reps so im still goin realy heavy for 6-8 reps
my incline bench droped a lil before my diet i could incline 145lb dumbells 10 times now i can do 130lbs dumbells for 10 thats the only thing i noticed realy my arms are stronger from this program im doing all in all im very happy

yo mike lookin good
but listen 1.5 grams/lbs of body weight is way too much
there has never in the history of weight training been a study that proved that people need more then .8 - 1 gram/ lb of body weight
theres no need for it and its bad for the kidneys
besides do u really like eating xtra dry chix, egg whites or tuna? ughhhhhhhhhh theres no need to torture yourself
just a lil advice peaceeeeeee
