I just love these drinks! my bodega sells them and they come in a bunch of flavors.
they have 160 calories, 1 gram of fat, 2 carb, and 35 grams of protein! (only 1 gram of sugar too!)

Met-Rx is the manufacturer

today i'm drinking banana cream....sooooo yummy!

that and vanilla cream are my faves

Those things are good. I use to buy them every know and then if I was at a place that sold them. I think the best can protein shake is the Met-RX RTD-40.
