Work Outs cause if this weather?....this weather is making me depressed, I just feel like going home and sleeping after work.

Hey Kid I have too but just keep on pushin yourself!!! SEATTLE actually has the same exact weather we're having all year round...SEATTLE also has the highest suicide rate...Mmmm I wonder why?

A lot of people are suffering from SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder), even though it's summer. Thank "god" it's nice out today.

I always work out on the days I am supposed to lift....usually no matter what. Even if I pass out and my gym closes or I wont have enough time to lift there, I will go to a gym thats 24hrs and pay to work out!

yeah ... I've only run 4 times in last 10 days ... I have no energy for some reason .... feel a lil depressed ... this sucks lol

last night was great.. ran for awhile outside!


btw.. i seriously do think i suffer from SAD.. but i don't let it affect my workouts.. that's just something ya gotta do. :buck

I was like that, but recently I dunno what happened ... NO ENERGY for some reason ... been feeling a lil down. usually it doesn't affect my running but it has this week.

I'm so MAD at myself ... gonna run tonight 100% - hahaha :shooting

gotta get that fire back :soldier
