Im in West Palm with the family and since the weather has not cooperated, Ive gotten 2 sick workouts in:agree
There happens to be an LA Fitness down the road from our house, so I busted out a massive arm workout yesterday and blew out my wheels just now.
To top it off, theres a Jamba Juice next door to the gym as well as a salad place call Feild of Greens:yipee
Feels good to be productive on vacation!

Family has a house right off Lake Worth in one of the gated communities. I never take advantage of it though cuz I always end up in SoBe:wallbang
