a good site to check the nutritional content of foods.....like carbs, protein etc....
need to start regulating what i eat more

for measuring how fast carbs are digested. You want to stay away from carbs that digest quickly unless after strenous activity. During the day stick with whole grains breads and brown rice
do you know anyone who signed up for that calorieking program? $20 for 6 months is not bad at all to get that much info. Would you suggest signing up?

What do you get in the program..
I use the site for when I am writing up a diet for me and my freinds.. The site is good if you don't have any labels to look at..
If the program tell you what to eat like a weight watchers program then yeah it's good for 20 bucks. The best is finding what foods are good to eat when and why. To really understand nutrition is better then a plan that you have to follow. Once you grasp the concept of eating right , losing weight is easy...
