Anyone experiencing youtube problems?

I uploaded about 10 videos around noon today and none of them are working. They've completed the "in process" step and show "live" for the status (like they should be ready to be viewed). However, when I actually try to play them, they say unavailable. I managed to get 2 videos to play but now they are back to an unavailable status.:hmmm I've uploaded many videos before, so its not like I dont know what I'm doing. Just curious if anyone else has tried recently to upload videos & have been unsuccessful.

It only used to take like 1/2 hour to an hour. Now its a few days?? I guess this is new since Google acquired? Still doesnt explain why 2 worked for a couple of times then stopped:hmmm
