I think it was 18th btwn broadway and park...the minute you walk in, there is fun latin music blaring..really cute area to hang out before sitting down...nice comfy couches and a cute lil bar...AMAZING mojitos....

We had the crap and shrimp guacamole to start and the waiter also brought out this little bread appetizer...it is DELICIOUS....tastes like it has cheese in the dough...omg so good

For dinner we had empanadas and mar y tiera which was grilled beef tenderloin, seared sea scallops, jumbo lump crabmeat salad, foie gras terrine, squid ink-coconut rice with calamari

Pipa, which is the same mgmt as Lucy's (ABC Carpet & Home) is ridiculous as well :spitfall
