never heard of it but if the "1000" in the name is implying the dosage of 1000 mg then i would highly advise not taking it....u shouldnt take more than 100mg of that shit a day, 75 to be safe, but ive been only taking the most 45 mg/day

It obviously doesn't mean 1000 mg lol. Doses over like 20 mg can be considered high lol.

In NY all GNC and Vitamin Shops. I went in this am and they said that they had to take them off the shelves. Not sure about Jersey. But I went on mysupplement.net and got them pretty cheap. The name of the one i was askin about was Sci Fit Ephedra 1000 Sci Fit Thermogenics.

Yes I do. 2000 mg is more than a whole bottle of Ripped Fuel. It's doses like that that kill, not two little capsules like the news leads people to believe.

im taking these .. cheap as shit and you wont crash as hard as you would off hydroxycuts or xenadrines.

just drink some coffee and diet coke for the caffiene and eat a grapefruit a day as a substitute for asprin.

How does grapefruit substitute for aspirin? Vitamin E?

ive read that grapefruit is a known blood thinner. Im guessing the only reason asprin is apart of the ECA stack is to thin the blood and to increase circulation.

its the grapefruit pectin that acts as a blood thinner...if u dont like grapefruits, they sell grapefruit pectin supplements

The Vitamin E will thin blood, so I'm sure that plays a big part.

why don tu just take an asprin... isnt that easier than eating a whole grapefruit?

grapefruits have many other benefits aside from the blood thinning.

I eat shitloads of red meat, so i need a grapefruit a day to balance out the toxins.

So how about a gel capsule of 400 IU Vitamin E?

The part of the grapefruit that's helpful in the fat burning products (or any other products for that matter) is naringin. Naringin helps prevent the breakdown of drugs in the digestive system thus increasing their effectiveness. It has this effect on anything from anti-biotics to caffeine.

Aspirin is included in thermogenic stacks because aspirin (or salycin, salycilic acid, white willow bark - all perform similar) keeps the body from becoming immune to stimulants and it increases their effectiveness.

Try the pink grapefruits they are a little sweeter. If you still don't like the taste sprinkle on some Equal.
