since 2003 has officially been over for 2 days, i think its appropriate to see what tracks people rocked (still rocking) or what truly moved them on a dancefloor. i know theres so many to choose from, but what are your 2 or 3 favorites thus far?

in no particular order:

head honcho-medicine
depeche mode-only when i lose myself (lex ave)
infusion v kate bush-running up that hill

--this was more difficult than i thought, so many great ones. i should have done a top 10.

now if we were to judge the quality of productions in every genre i'd say:
Progressive: James Holden, Charlie May, Slacker
House: everybody that produces for Moulton studios(Chris Lum , Jay-J etc..), Chicken Lips, Ben Watt, Swag , Swayzak, Timewriter, Fred everything, H-foundation (Hipp-e and Halo, Halo varga or however you wanna call em) Miguel Migs, David Duriez, Mazi aka Audio Soul Project, Omni AM and Underground Resistance crew from detroit (including Los Hermanos)
Misc (D&B, Breaks, Raregroove, Bossa Nova and Trip Hop) : Ninja Tune , Minus 8, Conjure One, Dubtribe Sound System (recent addition to Defected , they started producing house I guess) the list goes on...
way too much great music to list in one post
