It causes me to have no appetite what so ever. I can go a full day with not a bite of food.

How can this be prevented?

Lau, i wish i could give you answer to that problem, that really works, other than smoking some weed.

Protein shakes for nutrients and chocolate for dopamine ;)

I actually smoked some weed and ended up eating a lil. :)

Yet, I still have no appetite.

Dont let shit get to you and you will be fine....Like Arnold said in Pumping Iron..he didnt let anything get in the way of his work outs for the Olympia. His dad died and he didnt even fly home to go to the funeral cause he knew it would interfer and get emotions to come out and he would have bad work outs.

But if its some serious stuff...stick to joeyjoey's advice with the meal replacement drinks.

Sweetie,
Maybe you should see someone to ltalk about your emotions with. Do you have someone really close to you that you tell everything to, that helps you with anything no matter how big or small, that is there for you whenever you need her/him?
I am a firm believer that NO ONE man or woman should keep feelings, emotions, thoughts and ideas bottled up inside if it effecting them or other directly through emotion.
Im here for you if you need to talk, but seriously honey its not healthy for you to starve all day and feel like this. It could result in much more serious situations in the long run that could harm you forever.
Im worried about you Lau.
