I got them on-line. Haven't seen them ins tores, but I didn't look. I'd guess modell's, if anywhere

That shit is hard....Your talking about getting some D-Handles and clipping them to a chain and suspend the chain from a bar?

I just use the regular push up handles, work fine.

Have you tried to use them in reverse? Instead of starting with your hands in the negative position (hands parallel, elbows to your side in the start) and see how that works? Might get a little more pump that way since your squeezing on the way up.

My gym has them. Never tried them but I see a lot of guys using em.
