I used to skip breakfast allll the time and now it's like my favorite meal.. and it was the worst thing I could have done really, b/c it made me binge out on lunch & dinner.

never skip breakfast.
for the majority of people, they sleep 6-8 hours. thats 6-8 hours of no food/nourishment. breakfast means just that, BREAK-THE-FAST...

Not only that breakfast jumpstarts your metabolism. When you wake up and don't eat your body thinks its not gonna have food for the rest of the day, so when you finally eat in the afternoon its just gonna store everything as fat.

When I was taking Muscle Milk in the morning I felt better and was a few pounds lighter. When I stopped and ate breakfast when I got to work I gained weight.
What about people who do cardio first thing in the morning? Don't you burn more fat that way?
