teaching spin again. well, only one class a week at my gym at 630 am. why? bc i am obv mildly brain damaged. lol

i have taught a class in a cpl years.....

i took spin once.. but the teacher was dreadful cher now i go to golds in paramus.. juice monkey galore.. but its free :)

im so tired...i got no sleep last night bc i was up downlaoding music. :(

I had a horrible instructor last week. The guy was talking to himself, not the class. Like a robot. lol. Totally turned me off to the class.

omg i had a teacher like that once.. using voice inflection can get people to work harder.. but singing is just annyoing.. i used to catch myself sometimes sounding like a flight attendent when i was in my apprenticeship.. luckily i broke that habit
