I LOVE working out when im mad! I find myself lately getting mad at little things just so I get a better workout.
I swear Its so much better then working out in a good mood.
I've been hanging out with this broad who just angers me to the extent where thank god my gym is open 24 hours otherwise Id have holes all over my apt. But I have to admit im probably in the best shape of my life right now. I kinda want to keep getting into fights just to keep this routine up! :lostit

hell yea! all the built up aggression is a sure recipe for an intense workout

i wish i could fight people just before i start a set :chuckle

I must be wierd.. i get so focused i loose everything around me.. like im in a black hole or something LOL... my fiance sees me and is like WTF are u starring at.. cause i stare off into space LOL.. but it works..
