YAY!

i was accepted to a Yoga teacher training program starting in september in NYC! So, by decemeber I'll be certified!! WOOHOO!
i'm sooo excited..
I HATE sitting behind a desk all day! so this way I'll gradually shift my career towards that, till someday I can do it Full time!

guy I know went out to Cali to train, in 125degree rooms... he is in REDICULOUS shape, and his students are so hot you just shake your head at them.................

THATS CALLED BIKRAM YOGA......ITS GREAT.......I TOOK IT A COUPLE OF TIMES MY CLOTHES WEAR SOAKING WET BY THE TIME THE CLASS WAS OVER

Congrats! Lets us know when you become certified...I've been dying to take a YOGA class for the longest...FREE LESSONS TO ALL NCC MEMBERS! YEAHHHHHHHHHHH :)

yeah.. bikram yoga :)

i take it about 2-3 times a month.. i swear to god you come out 5 lbs lighter.. wicked workout!!

I'm getting certified in a Vinyasa style.. kinda like a power yoga.
Pretty marketable in the US :)

i'm so excited dude!

how about reduced classes for NCC... girls gotta pay her bills! LOL!
