Saddam Hussein gave his chemical and biological weapons to Syria months before the inspectors went in there. They were doing billions of dollars of business through the oil pipeline that went from Iraq through Syria. Over a Dozen Iraqi military trucks went back and forth last summer.
I'm sure a lot of those weapons were given to Jordan as well.
