Fried some zucchini from our garden in some olive oil, threw in some grilled chicken and chopped tomatoes(fresh from the garden:heart ), salt & pepper, and mixed in some whole grain thin spaghetti. Topped it off with some grated parmesean cheese. SO GOOD.
Next time I'm going to add some garlic to the zucchini to make it taste even better....I was going out last night so I left it out so I wouldn't smell :keke

the smell of garlic will linger for days in my place.
I've been trained well I guess. I only buy Barilla brand pasta & red pack tomato sauces if i attempt to make it from scratch.

i only eat whole wheat pasta when i cook at home too :agree
my fave is to use organic diced tomatos with garlic and basil in it already (easier fix during the week when i dont have fresh veggies :shuffle) add more garlic, some parmesean cheese, black pepper and beleive it or not--i squeeze in some lemon with the olive oil and it tastes SOO good :rubhands
actually some is an understatment--more like a lot of lemon :keke i am a lemon freak

I only eat whole wheat pasta now.. actually just had it for lunch.. I honestly don't find it bad at all, long as it's well seasoned and smothered in olive oil and garlic, lol. I like Barilla's brand also.

I've been eating pasta on the regular for almost 26 years and I don't have a gut :keke
I'm talking at least 2x, sometimes 3x a week.....we love carbs in my house lol
besides, aren't you supposed to eat a small portion of carbs everyday for energy?

I used this spaghetti last week. I honestly couldn't taste the difference. I always steered away from whole wheat pasta because of the consistency but this one is great. There wasn't a noticeable difference. Anyone who wants to eat healthier pasta but hates the consistency of whole wheat try this one, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Dream Fields is also really good...
Its not WW pasta, but has lower digestable carbs and you cant tell the difference between it and regular pasta.
A few ppl I know told me about it and their doctors had recommended it to them.

Had some again last night for dinner.
My mom cooked :heart
she diced up 3 tomatoes from the garden, put them in a large frying pan with some olive oil and garlic. Cooked it on low for about an hour and threw in some fresh basil from the garden at the very end.
It was delicious :spitfall
