jr injures his ankle last night and is out for the year.he has 481 hr's and
gold gloves but since coming to cincy has done nothing but get injured(last three
seasons he has had 22,8 and 13hr's).started 2000 season w/438hr's
are those 9 years he had good enuf to put him in the hall,,, i say no

GRIFFEYs NICKNAME should be "FRAGILE" or "HANDLE WITH CARE"...the dood is always hurt :( He COULD of been a great one

griffey was the best player in baseball in the 90's.
His numbers are good enough and remember he is still only 32. he has a few more years left. He came into the majors at 18. Injuries are part of the game. Did you guys ever hear of a guy named Kofax? he got hurt too and retired because of it. Griffey is a hall of famer. No Doubt about it

couldn't agree with you more buc. If you can dominate almost a decade of basball and be considered the best in the game then you have hall of fame credentials. I really feel bad for the guy, he's had zero luck in Cincy.

if he never got hurt the past three years he could of been close to 600 hr's right now.
