View Full Version : Good Tricep Super Set

Go on the smith machine and do close grip bench and then follow it up with reverse grip bench.....Fucking hurts like a mother fucker. Reason I do it on the smith machine is cause it will isolate your triceps alot more (I know it takes your stabelizer muscles out of it but they can get worked later on). Make sure you got a spot though, cause you will def need one if you push yourself hard. I Have been doing this for a few weeks and I have noticed some stength increase on my tricep excersises and my bench is getting better.

I super set would be doing bi-tri. You mean compound set ;)

I have been doing decline bench SKULL CRUNCHERS
but with 2 dumbells instead of the EZ bar another awesome excercise.

Me too. Skull crushers feel so much better with dumbbells.

Roughly nine. I usually do a double-joint movement for the first exercise and the other two will be single-joint movements. I don't care about arms that much because they're too big for my body anyway lol.

I tried the dumbell skull crushers but they hurt my elbow too much. And reg skull crushers hurt my write when I go heavy...so I dont bother with them that much anymore.
