i go through spurts with abs... i'll do them consistently for a month or so.. then i'll slack off...
then i'll get on a kick and do them again... :shuffle

same here, lucky I'm in a spurt right now, everything is nice and tight :)
probably only because its been impossible to get on a cardio machine lately.

I started using a swiss ball to do crunches and do obliques, and it's helped a lot to hit the lower two rungs.

yes I definitely need to try the Swiss ball.. my Mom has one, never bothered to use it though lol.

I get anxious when my workout's coming to an end and usually leave w/o doing abs. Once or twice a week I do them when i get home after my shake while cooking dinner. I feel like I can concentrate more @ home and take my time.

i always do abs first, 2 reason 1 it warms you and preps you for big lifts,
2 can't escape it if you do it first, doing it last is almost a precursor to leaving without actually doing them.
i try to swtich up the routine everry month so i keep getting sore.

but wouldnt doing them first, before a squat session, hinder the squat because now your abs are pre-exhausted?

i dont think i'd be able to do squats after abs.......squats kills me already.....
