Random/exciting vacations...

I need some ideas on exciting vacations.

From 2008 on, I will be picking one big expensive vacation each year. I have Fiji, Australia, South Africa, Switz, Dubai, and Hawaii on my list for now. I have been to Italy, Spain, North Africa, Mexico, France, and lots of islands, like St. Thomas.

Tell me where you have been and what was the best time of year to go. I heard its well over 100 degrees in Dubai now. Thats not dry Vegas heat either. :yourcrazy

A friend of mine is from South Africa and he brags about it. Big time surfing!! My coworker is leaving in 2 days to go there and do the whole safari thing. Sounds good to me.

i live in dubai now and its to hot during the summer 110-120 every day. if you go in the winter months its beautiful over here, with plenty to do. just got back from kuala lumpur and bali and it was nice there, very laid back and was the tropical season when i was there.

was in india as well and wouldnt recommend goin to mumbai/bombay, it was horrible and i couldnt wait to leave.

oh wow i have the same plan..

this year was all the major cities in the US but starting in 08 i want to take at least one major international trip a year.

next feb im def. doing amsterdam/africa & later in the yr a long weekend to mexico cause ive never been

after that

-backpack across europe (actually not literally back pack i think i might be a bit too high maintenance to stay in a hostal lol). ive been all over europe when i was younger but i dont remember anything really except the beer factory in germany lol :shrugger

and the list goes on and on...one my mission in life is to visit the 7 wonders of the world :agree

I'm dying to go to Africa, but it's hard to find someone to go, plus it's a bitch you need approx $1000 in shots that your insurance doesn't cover so you have to tack that onto the cost of the trip. I put a phat link for a safari above. Tanzania is supposed to be gorgeous.
