San Fran - 2nd week of Sept - suggestions?

Heading out to SF for a conference the week of Sept 9th. Staying a block away from Moscone center. Any suggestions on where to go for eats, drinks, night outs, etc? Already got some great suggestions from Dean, thanks bro!! Just curious what others may think of as well.

I don't really have many sugg b/c I only got to spend a day there and did the sightseeing stuff.. Fisherman's wharf.. lombard st, golden gate, etc

but I am soo in love w the city... definitely need to get back soon :heart
