For me..

Biceps

1. Barbell curls
2. Preacher Curls
3. Hammer
4. ???

someone post a youtube of what another bi exercise i should do.

also cardio for 50-60 minutes.

250 incline situps

i think thats enough bicep exercises, IMO.

no plan... i'm just gonna wing it.

thats plenty. hit the barbell curls the hardest out of all of them. play with rep ranges. like

BB curl - 4 sets of 6-8
Inline Hammer curls - 3 sets of 8-10
preacher curls - 2 sets of 12 (1 and 1/2 reps)

i got day 2 of legs today

prob do a little warm up of jumping jacks and pullups/dips then get into the legs

front squats
barbell lunges
leg curls
maybe some GHR's

LOL DID HEAVY WITH LEGS ON SUN.. AND MANG TILL YESTERDAY I WAS HAVING TROUBLE GETTING OFF ANY TYPE OF SEAT LOLOL... I DO THEM WITH ALOT OF CONCENTRATION AND SQUEZE WHEN I THROW THEM IN WITH BACK.. ILL DO LIKE SETS OF 15-20.. AND MAN DOES MY LOWER BACK GET A GREAT SQUEZE/PUMP..

nice! of you want a nice pump, try and switch the deadlifts to good mornings!

40 minutes of yoga/calisthenics/stretching in the morning

30 minutes calisthenics, 30 minutes of yoga in the afternoon.

Same every week day

lol, calisthenics.... haven't heard anyone use this word since i was about 9 from my little league coach. remind me what falls under the category of 'calisthenics'

it's alot easier to say calisthenics than to write out push ups, pull ups, dips, sit ups, leg raises etc. :shrugger

i been hurt up, 3 days off so far, pinched a nerve in the neck can't turn my head to the left. i hate nerves...

workout today will be

nice little warm up

barbell rows
incline bench (maybe smith)
standing db presses
weighted pullups
cable crossovers
side laterals

Im supposed to train arms today.
Tri's wont be an issue, but the injury to my forearm/elbow has made it close to impossible for me to do anything where the bicep is involved (I think its a tendon issue).

I may do:

Tri's
Close grip press
Skull Crushes
Pushdowns
Reverse Extensions

Bi's (If I can stomach it)
Standing Curls w/ preacher bar (wide)
Seated Preacher Cable(narrow grip)
If Im not crying in pain at this point, maybe Ill do a straight bar standing cable curl and really squeeze them. I cant see myself being able to do much more in this condition.

curl the bar up, bring it down then bring it up half way then back down. thats 1 rep.

no, 21's is that stupid bicep exercise where you do the top portion 7 times, then the midrange 7 times then the full range 7 times.


1 and half reps is a unique style to get a serious pump in the muscle, like right in the belly of it.

With the pain in my arm, I doubt Ill be trying anything new, but maybe when Im healthy again.

Today is :drunk :drunk :drunk im surprised i am able to walk and talk and function the way my body gets abused from work gym and nightlife. My friends are like your not making it past 30 just to piss them off i will lol .

Yea that half rep stuff pumps you up nice. I tried it a few times. Thats the way they trained at the PowerHouse in Farmingdale. Steve something he was Mr. Universe once, he was on that show on TLC "Man Whos Arms Exploded".....
