thanks ill try that in the mean time b4 i head back to my orthopedic DR. its not as bad as before i had my sergury but i still wanna make sure i didnt tare muscle again cause i just got back into the swing of things and started cardio 6 days a week so i dont wanna fuck nothin up... tryin to cut up!

Kev - I started taking CELEBREX during the day and Soma at night I'll post more about it later when i get home. Celebrex seems to be the new wonder drug! and it actually is helping me alot.
