well you deff should stop doing anythign behind the neck! be careful, they say shoulders is one of the few muscles that wont tell you you're straining while ur doing it... you only feel lit the next day or after

if you are doing behind the neck that is why you are having problems. you dont need to do behind the neck unless you are looking for a bigger range of motion.. you're only hurting yourself by doing so. i do them myself personally.. but its because i worked into it and dont have any problems doing it.. when i first started behind the neck i had pain.. make sure you do ALOT of stretching if you going to continue to do behind the neck

My shoulders pop out at will, but i have never had any problems lifting (for the most part). Only trying to throw (football, baseball, etc.) I think I definitely need surgery, I seperated my right shoulder real bad about a year ago, and it never healed fully. I have no elasticity when my arm comes forward, it discloactes and then pops back in.

It's not that disgusting, it just hurts pretty bad the next day. i've been putting off seeing a doctor for a while now. tried to play through it during softball this summer, but it really limited my playing the field. hope to go before the fall is over, so if i do need surgery i can rehab and be ready for softball next summer.
