Haven't been to the gym in 6 weeks and I am miserable about it. I have gained so much weight. I have been working 10-12 hours a day so it doesnt leave much time and on top of it all I fucked up my knee a couple weeks ago playing softball. Hopefully things get back to normal soooon. I need to go!!

You have to work out hard all year round!! There is always time to work out IMO. If I cant work out cause my work day went past the time my gym is open, I will go to a 24hr gym to lift.

People shouldnt be lifting withe the same intensions all year round not just cause its summer time.

as soon as my membership is up, I will definitely be joining a 24hr gym.

24hr gyms are great...you can go no matter what time it is. And at 1-2am the gym is usually dead and no one bothers you. YOu can pretty much always get a good work out in one too...if you are tired after work you can go home take a nap and then hit the gym.

When I leave my gym, I am def joining a 24hr gym.

I used to go to a 24 hour gym and definately do miss it. i wouldnt be having this problem with not having time if I did still belong to one.

beutiful weather in the summer kind of makes me lazy. Rather then workign out I usually end up playinga round of golf. I cant get my self to stay indoors and work out when I could be out enjoying the weather.

And working/training out all year round at the same level and intesity is all about = DEDICATION.

Those that dont go cause its raining, or too hot out lack it.

My reason is probally cause i gave up booze this year. so even though my drug usage went up as result of not drinking lol im not as hung over come mon-fri i also havent been to the shore or the hamptons once!!!! for the first time in 12 years. Iused to get real pissed at myself because i would work out really hard in fall winter and spring but when memorial day would come around i would allways slack especially last year it was 95 and humid everyday So i think the depressing miserable cold spring/early summer we had and no booze helped me this year but with only 4 weekends left i plan on hitting neptunes surf temps and hom so well see

Normally I do good in the summer in terms of working out but this year I've been slacking, only averaging 2-3 times a week if even that.
I also injured myself & was told to stay away from doing certain exercises for 5 weeks which happened at the end of June

Work out harder in the summer, than during colder gloomier seasons.
