favorite televison channel?

i find myself watching e! all the time late nights for howard stern.
also i enjoy watching the travel channel(shows about how the wealthy spend their $$)the discovery channel (for orange county chopper aka american steel)and tlc for the various documentaries.
i also watch speed and mtv2.
it seems like i watch a lot of tv but i rarely do. i just tune in to watch particular shows...
what do the rest of you like?
