the gym at all!!!!!
havnet lifted weights in over a month and i feel so much better
im not sore, my muscles feel loose, im more flexible
and ive only lost about 3lbs
jumpin rope
hitting a heavy bag
grappling
100% better workout! u guys should try something different come fall time
i can see Tep doin some Yoga, maybe some tai chi lol

its submission wrestling
shit u see on UFC or Pride, arm and leg locks etc
such an amazing workout and it keeps u shredded
i also have been doin isokenetics, push ups,sit ups, pull ups
no weights just body weight resistance
i def lost definition in my arms and upper chest but i dont give a fuck..... big has been out for 3 years lol

totally agree ... haven't lifted in months and I feel awesome.
I run 4-5x a week, do dips, pushups, pullups, chinups, abs ... etc
no weights at all ... leaner - much more fit cardiovascularly

ive definitly been using body resistance and push ups are awesome but i still lift just not as heavy instead of 10-8-6-4-1 reps igo 20-15-10-failure im get a much better pump and avoid injury

i agree! i hate the muscle-y look...
plus you don't have to rely on a gym.. you can workout wherever.. no excuses!

I've been taking akido lessons 3 times a week since the beginning of May, just as an alternative cardiovascular exercise.
