I would much rather go to Arc.
Im just about done with SF.....went to the underwear party and couldnt wait to leave. The music was terrible, the crowd was just as bad and there was just NO VIBE.
I always have a great time at Vinyl and dance my ass off.......
Im giving SF one more shot for the Halloween party and then I give up on that place if I am disappointed!

My opinion, Arc is miles better
I prefer Saturdays over Fridays (not because I play there either, their djs are class, Howells, Picotto, Richie Hawtin, John 00 Fleming Etc)

Arcs wins the toss. I go there and have a great time always.
SF is dying out. The music is getting shitty & the people make it even shittier. Don't like the vibe there.

wow... this is a really tough one to answer.. well since i been living at ARC the last year and a half i have to say vinyl.. anyone who appreciates n respects the scene n music knows where its at.. but there are always the non-believers.. its all based on what kind of person u are but I myself say ARC..

I def have to say ARC is alot better for music. As for beeing more comfortable, I have to say SF. There is something about ARC that just bothers me, I cant get comfortable when I there.
What needs to be done is, the DJ's at ARC need to get moved over to SF and we are all good.

Let's just put it this way, we need a new hot spot cuz SF and Arc ain't really too much of a thrill to hold their talents..especially arc. On the other hand Arc got this question with a tight hand grip, arc gets way more talent..and all the djs that hold their sets there such as howells, picotto, hawtin, Dt, kleinenberg, saed and palash, D.D, berge, etc, ripp it sickkkkk...and who does SF get?? oh yea uhh whats his name Jp right? lol i aint gonna lie the guy ripps it..but arc still got it better..something bout that dark atmosphere and the vibe u get going in there that makes it worthwhile.

sf is def a more intense time then arc jp tech sets could wake the dead and his vocal sets will give you goose bumps w/o a doubt

I've been to SF waaaaay more times than I've been to Arc/Vinyl, and the last few times I've been there I wasn't feelin' it but like someone else said I feel more comfortable in SF, maybe it's cause I've been there more times & know more people than if I went to Arc, but as for music Arc is better now IMO
