i swear ive been taking complex for about 4-5 years consistantly and i have not been sick yet. i may feel a lil crapy at first and then it goes away:heythere

i used to take them and i used to literally swallow it and then eat something to get rid of that after taste

yea i do the same but wash it down with lots of water
but the worse is if you dont have a lot in your stomach and you burp all you taste is the shit vitamine
