hunger???

you guys got any ideas on how to supress your hunger.. i know alot of the time hunger is mistaken for thirst... so i drink lots of water.. but still seems like im hungry all the time.. and damn makes it tough to lose weight..

I'm dead serious too, it come to the point where I just drink water now, because dieting sucks and I rather eat my calories.
