just watched this video (dl'able)...he's one big mofo...he puts up some crazy weights...he just works hard, eats chicken, and walks the treadmill ;)

HE goes to Bev's GOLD GYM on LI when he is in NY.

My friend saw him take an olympic bar, 6 plates and go outside. He put 3 on each side and started to do walking lunges in the parking lot!! SICK FUCK!

Jay Cutler is nipping at his toes for the Mr. olympia title this year..
If Ronnie comes in at 285-290 contest with no distended belly like Chad Nicholls his trainer is predicting then it's lights out the Title goes to Mr Big Nasty once again we have to see come Oct 25th....

Cutler will take it this year and ronnie and gunther will battle it out for # 2.......But these guys get professional juice injections dont think there the real deal there not!!!!!

I dont think anyone thinks they are the real deal...more then half the guys in the magazines are on something.

Sure they take juice but beleive me that doesn't make the champion. If you and I do the same as these guys we wouldjn't be as huge... genetics and work ethic play a HUGE part in these guy's success. How many guys you know are juiced out the box and the only thing they got is a mediocre physique and a pair of bitch tits to boot.. Diet. work ethic, genetics and pharmacuticals is what puts these beasts at the top of the BB world..

he started out as a powerlifter, that's what gives him the edge in strength and sheer size. Jay Cutler has the closest shot but I still can't fathom anyone else being Mr. Olympia right now other than Ronnie, he's just too inhuman.

Right that's why Marcus Rhul nor Mr.Olympia.. It's a total package of symetry conditioning and politics;)

Now Jay cutler is moree marketable then Ronnie I don't know if he is a better bodybuilder we will have to see I like them nboth but the big man just might pull it off again unless JaY comes sliced and diced at 275+ then he's got a shot.. Lokk at coleman on that group pic it almost looks morphed..

Ronnie has to be in rare form this year.....because after the loss to Gunter at the Show of Strength last year....i dont think they are just going to hand it over to him as has been done in past Olympias...he's already been beaten so why not again...

and Gunter competing at 320...whoa. Theres no better back in BB right now than Ronnies tho...its just ridiculous...

Gunther is NOT working with Chad Nicholls this year.. Chad is the guy that got him to that rediculous condition last year.. It's known that Ronnie lost 50 lbs to compete at 250 for last years O because critics and hype put him at the best condition at that weight( the same as 2001 Arnold) This year he ain't holding back I heard he is shooting for 280-285 no distended stomach and hard as nailz

but he probably gonan win anyway....thats just the way things go...but i'd really like to see a Mr. O lose on stage ...if theres someone truly better that is, of course... im not tryin to hate on Big Ron....he's still ridiculous...

About Big Ron's stomach.. His team is saying it was because of the rediculous carb up after dropping 50lbs before the show who knows??

i do alot of reading on the Mayhem board and post there on occasion....its one of thebetter boards that ive seen...
