I'm in the market for a "fancy" dress. We are having a small party to celebrate our engagement and I want to look especially spectacular.

Post some pics here and help a sista out!!

Here are two that I liked. The purple one I really love but it's only custom-made and I'm not about to order anything from the net that I can't try on :booted

We are going to finalize THIS Saturday but we are thinking of late December/early January--I hope you can make it :keke

the 1st one nicole miller dress is soo nice! my friend has it in goldish color verrrrry nice one!

That's what Lambrini tells me too and I said that I WOULDN'T get a flowy dress because I'm not sure how much longer I'll be able to wear form fitting dresses so I might as well take advantage now that I'm young :chuckle

actually that picture does the dress nooooooo justice!!!!!
it looks gorgeous on. I bought it in black for a black tie event. the neck line is super sexy. I got alot of compliments on it.

Ive been waiting for you to respond!!

Believe it or not, I saw that BCBG flowy dress yesterday in a brown and it was GORGEOUS but I didn't try it on for fear that I would love it and buy it and there goes my whole vow to NOT wear flowy :chuckle

BCBG has gorgeous dresses :agree You should most definitely go in the store and take a peek. They didn't have a lot of them on the site, which is why I didn't post em but I was in the store recently and wanted to try them all on just because they were so :pretty :chuckle
