Bar to sue Sex and the City

So I read in yesterdays paper that "Down the Hatch" a downtown bar is planning on suing Sex and The city if they air tomorrow's episode. Apparently one of the characters (probably Carrie) cops some weed in the bar and they feel it makes them look like a drug infested hotspot where one can get illegal paraphrenalia very easily..that they will now be closely watched by the police and that they may encounter trouble when they try to re-up their liquor license...they also complained that they had to pre-make Cosmos because of the high demand because of the show..
