home gym. well not really a gym but basically what i need for alight work out at home. picked up free weights and a bench to use for dumbells that does flat, incline and decline. i went to modells for work boots and saw shit on sale so i bought it. wish me luck.
btw - im just trying to stay in shape a little not get jacked so hopefully this does the trick and doesnt become a clothes hanger lol
what kinda dumbbells u buy?

Get your self a couple Dynamax medicine balls and some Elite Rings from Tyler Hass and you'll have evything you need. I'm glad to see your taking the home gym route. You won't regret it.
