ya, pettitte pitched a one hitter and torre let him come out to pitch the ninth.walked the leadoff
hitter and then rivera came in. a base hit later,then tejada came up hit a pitch off the wall that
matsui misplayed and runner scored from first ,game over...

That might of been the best game Pettitte ever pitched...what a gem...Too bad they lost :(

heart breaker, 2 outs away from a 6-3 road trip ,incredible game by pettitte, tejada jacked that ball, u dont see rivera get hit that hard too often

He pitched good but the best game he ever pitched was in the 96 series against atlanta.
