So College has definitely had its effect on me, not only because of the excessive drinking for the past three years but also because I go to Culinary school. Good food is in no shortage here. Anyone have any good ways to get my stomach back to rock hard? Should I start out running and then do sit-ups afterwards? Any help is appreciated.

DIET, Cardio and weights....A solid consistency of all 3 will get them back....

Thats not a good idea, get too retarded and don't remember things. Vodka used to be my drink though.

slow yourself into it, I just went thru this process myself two months ago, so u get banged up the first time out, youll reaquint yourself with a tolerance.

Its definitely less fattening than beer. Maybe I will start drinking liquor. SoCo & Limes are good.
