My goal is to be able to bench rep with ease 225lbs by december, or spring break.

also get that a 6 pack. ;) i have the line, and the V... but i want the 6 pack.

i usually concentrate on arms and back more then anything else.

300+....but i'll set'll for 250 lbs. now...

ehhhhhh i did that benc press goal back in the day it was cool
i hit 340LBs for one and i was over it
i used to do negatives with 400lbs (having 2 people lift the weight off u and u hold it on the way down) its to get u used to holding heavy weight

now my goal is to be as ripped as possible, noooooo bulk
bruce lee's build would be nice

Lose as much excess fat as possible without losing muscle of course. Im not worried about size too much right now.
