I just started running again as well. Got a little over a mile and was about to fall over. Sucks being out of shape. Hopefully running everyday should get me back though.

I just have to take it slow, I think I went out too fast. And when I ran years ago I was like 150lbs...I am 185lbs now. Thats a decent amount of weight to have to get use to.
And its not so much out of shape cause I am not carrying alot of fat at all, just lacking the endurance. I didnt cramp up or get tight, just was very winded at the end.

HAHAHA.., I was actually just getting tired of the comments from my brothers about me running and if I wanted to run in this 10K race in sept, so I went out and tested the waters....NOT GOOD!! lol I use to run all year round till I was about 18, then I just gave up cause I was being pushed in a direction I didnt want to go with running (parents and family members).
I am all about being lean just not thin and lean!

Running definlity takes time to build up the endurance........and its hard to stick to.......i've been running 4-5 times a week for a soild 6 months now and sometimes i still have trouble completing whatever it is i must for the day...........
.........when i first started i could barely run a full mile...........pretty depressing.......when u look @ the person next to in the gym.........and their walk is your run.............but now 5 miles a day is an average run.........just build up every week......yourll get there.......and take your time.......starting out too fast will only hurt in the end........
