Some of mine are scallops, shrimp, squid, actually come to think of it almost all seafood (always think I'll overcook them), lamb, veal....

What a nice thought... To think this post is dedicated to me! :keke ;)
I am not comfy cookin' pork loin or pork chops. They're such a lean meat to begin with, I never know how to make it juicy. :shuffle

I think you have to buy the most firm tofu there is. Then it's easy, because it doesn't break. But why do you cook tofu? :hmmm

i like tofu if cooked right. Fried tofu is great w/ that plum sauce that those thai places have. Sauteed tofu w/ vegetable cooked in oyster sauce is good too.

It is good if cooked right. That garlic and spiced tofu you tried to whip up sounds good. :giveup
I made a meatless/tofu sauce once with pasta. It was actually quite appetizing. Who woulda thunk it? Try it out! Chop it up, like "ground meat" & add it to sauce.

You know what my problem was, I never HAD tofu in my life.. so I had no clue what the final result was supposed to be.
I think I'm hanging up my tofu cooking shoes tho..
It really doesn't have much of a taste right?
I should try it sometime again tho, I won't let the tofu win :lostit

Tofu is tasteless, even though I do see it flavored, but I think that's a little suspicious and nastier. :disgusted
But don't give up!!! Not yettt! :COOKING G
