I take Centrum. Also the GNC multi vitamins made for women. And, extra vitamin A, it's good for your skin.
I used to take pre-natal vitamins that I got at work. They have everything you need, and then some in them.

If you're taking a Vitamin A supplement, make sure to take a Vitamin D or calcium supplement at night.

Here's some interesting stuff I found on Vitamin C in relation to the prevention of sickness...Most of the scientific research on vitamin C and colds has indicated that use of high doses of vitamin C shorten a cold and reduce the severity of its symptoms, but that it may not reduce your chances of catching a cold in the first place.
There may be an exception to this rule, however. A few studies have shown that in people who are undergoing heavy physical stress, such as athletes or soldiers in heavy training, vitamin C supplementation may reduce the risk of catching a cold. Further research is needed to confirm this finding.
Personally I take the GNC men's multi, vitamin e, vitamin c w/rose hips
