Is the shit bros.
I was looking for an alternative other than physical therapy to stretch and strengthen my muscles and asked our lovely Miss Dani if she would teach me.
I went to my first session this afternoon and walked out with better posture than I had before my accident. It felt terrific.
Can't wait to go back.

my girl and i bought pilates and yoga videos like 2 years ago...needless to say we never used them. i watched the yoga one a few times, but never opened the pilates one till Wed night and thought it was great. i need to get more flexible so i'm gonna start doing both at least once a week. they have classes at my gym, but i want to learn the basics and get them down before i try and go to a class.

i was reading an article about how pilates reshapes the fascia (think of it like a casing on a sausage) of muscles and this is one reason why Hollywood people have been swearing on it for cellulite reduction (helps break up the tethers in the latticework of fat cells as it smooths out the fascia).
i had noticed that pilates people tend to be quite lean. anyway, it's wonderful. i love pilates for how it makes you look and how it makes you feel.
