I didn't do shit for me, I think people that tend to be overweight will see better results...IMO...

I've been using Clen for a while. I've tried many kinds, but the only one that really seems to work for me is the liquid Spiropent. It doesn't give me sides like the pills, and it gets into your blood stream a lot faster, obviously. I find it works better with other supplements though. It keeps my body pumped.
